Bone & Muscle problems

I have been experiencing sever pain in my right hand shoulder. It looks to me that the pain is deep inside at the shoulder bone. This might be caused due to excessive sleeping on the right side with my shoulder beneath the body or might be due to holding the PC mouse with right hand for prolonged time. Please help and suggest.

Cervical pain . While moving neck it's very pain full. While coughing it is painful. Age of patient is 85 years(my grandma). She is not even sleeping. Some times pain is in chest and back also.

Started doing exercises like running and plyometrics ( jump on the stepper and over the stepper). Had a feeling of pain from the second or third day. Now right knee is fine after 20 days but left knee is always in pain. Please suggest any solution. Have stopped all exercises 20 days back.

My mother is facing knee bone or joints problem .She faces issue while walking and it pains her lot

My mother have developed pain in her knees from past 5 months. Initially she did medicines from an orthopedic doctor but it temporarily provide the relief. As soon as the impact of medicines decreases the pain again elevates along with swelling ! Earlier, she only had issues while climbing the stairs and standing from the ground, but now she have developed pain while walking also. She is 54 years old !

Pain radiates from my left shoulder till my hand at times ,Started when I pulled my shoulder muscle while working our 4 months back. initially it was sharp now it's occasional. ( I visited an ortho and went through some physiotherapy sessions for a month) Not able to understand as to when it will be totally cured/healed and I can workout again

FEMALE 42, STIFFNESS IN JOINTS OF LEGS, REPORT FOR VIT D SHOWS 7.5 ( NORMAL 30 AND ABOVE ) . PL GIVE ME SUGGESTION WHAT TO BE DONE NEXT IMMEDIATELY. THIS PROBLEM STARTED 45 DAYS AGO FROM HANDS, THEN LEGS, KNEE AND NOW IN ANKLE.

I have been having leg pain from past 3 days. there are some points which is identifiable and it changes intermittently. if i am sitting or resting it pains like anything but if i am walking it doesnt pain.

Age 60 y /f can use festive 200mg with tab. Alerkim .05mg some time cougf mild fever joint pain
