Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having a severe pain in my both joints with around 14 to 15 years. But was taking pain relief medicines and get my pain off...but from now my joints are very much in pain that I even cannot stood up with my legs..what should I do?

Pain in feet persisting weeks after gout attack. Pain while walking else no pain at all.

While practicing running about a month ago there was a shooting pain in left leg. The pain started in both legs from the start of run but was relatively higher in left leg. The pain started in lower and inner part of the knee just under the knee cap. It has continued to till date. There is no pain while at rest, but aggravates after running or walking for a couple of meters or a km. I have been taking physiotherapy for 2.5 weeks, and the frequency and the intensity has reduced but it is not completely gone. Currently the pain starts building up after 1.5 km of running and hence i can continue for 2.5 km approx. I m doing icing and stretching on regular basis.

Hi I'm suffering from severe back pain. I couldn't able to sit more than one hour. My hip is paining alot. And I feel like I have a bend In my lower portion of back bone

Everytime I lay down I have this burning sensation in the front of my knee, there is no pain. I also just recently had ACL repair surgery a week ago.

After every 3 to 4 mins sudden pain comes from my back like needle pinching my back..i cant even bend down sometimes and also cant tie my shoes properly or bend down for a very long time.

I get lower back pain during night if I play too much during day time. Happens like twice a week .. what might be the reason? I also fell the same pain of I lift heavy objects

Sir I have partial pcl tear in my right knee(as per MRI report) I am currently on medication but still when I try to cross my leg I feel pain in doing that. What should I do whether I should go for surgery or wait for recovery through exercise and medicine.
