Bone & Muscle problems

My knee (not my knee cap) keeps dislocating when I squat. It has happened several times in the last 3 weeks. I can pop it back into place, but it keeps happening. I am not in a lot of pain, just some burning behind the lower part of my knee cap. Is there a way to fix the problem without surgery?

I suffer from enormous pain in my feet with swelling and redness on the skin, so painful that I have difficulty walking. Goes away over time, but keeps coming back unexpectedly. I have sciatica pain as well, but this pain is different than that. Can't figure out what is causing this.

I am having multiple joint pains like finger joints, knees, joints of foot phalanges etc. Since last 1 yr facing mild pain but not every day. As per consultation with doctor I had done blood test, i.e. Anti CCP, RA factor, HLA B-27, uric acid, Serum. B12 and Vitamin D3.

Left shoulder joint pains on moving it up from sideways. This has been there since a year now. Shoulder does not pain when I do not move it.

Ever since I remember I’ve had this hard bump, which I have assumed is bone, around the area of the external occipital crest. I haven’t found anyone else with this and I can’t find it anywhere online. Is it anything to worry about or is it just there?

Had a sprain in left hand for 1 year. Was suggested MRI. In the MRI it was diagnosed with kienbock's disease.

Having stiffness in my lower back from more than 2 weeks. Even feel some sendation in my legs also. I had small incident last month when i was pulling my bike which resulted in strain and pain in lower back for few days but then it was fine after that.

Extreme pain just under right hip. I consulted doctor 2 months ago. He gave some muscle relaxant and I was OK but pain was still there. I played 🏸 last month and the pain increased yet again. Now, It is very excruciating pain while standing up. I have tested uric acid also and result was normal within range. I tried heat pack and pain relief gels also. Please help.

The sprain is been 6 weeks as I twisted my ankle while coming down from a steps
