From the last 10-15 days m feeling a bit pain in left hand( its not regular, it is for 20-30 mins 2-3 times a day). So i stop doing workout and took rest of 10-15 days but still the pain is there( it happens suddenly, there is no injury in that hand, i feel the pain in whole left hand). Is it normal?
Should i continue with the weight training or wait for sometimes?
