Smoking ganja and cigerette make any problem in my foot bone fracture and wound healing

I work in the IT industry and recently have been getting severe neck and back pains along with head aches. I also wake up with body ache in the morning. I clearly feel my foot has an ache in the morning. I do not work out and lack any kind of physical exercize from my daily routine. I feel weak most of the time and feel exhausted by the time i get back home. I had recently done a blood test and I was found to have a vitamin D deficiency for which I am taking supplements now. Please suggest.

I have had a ligaments tare in my left leg ankle soon after that I was put pop and took it off without informing doctor in just 2 days due to some reasons. Now I was asked to take calloshot forte every day for a month by the doctor. Should I wear the pop again for a month? Please suggest me the right thing to do

My ankle sprained 6 weeks ago while playing football. The ortho doctor told me that it was a ligament tear nd it will be ok after 4-6 weeks. Its 6 weeks now. Wen can i start playing football? Is it ok if i start running now? Kindly give me a reply
