I tore my ACL ligament and some tears to the meniscus horns, it’s a grade 3 tear on my ACL. Is a surgery a must..?

Mostly yes...grade 3 requires surgery ....but still it is always good to take suggestion from orthopaedic surgeon... If he says surgery not required, then you should follow physiotherapist for precautions and exercises.
