Bone & Muscle problems

Pain in lower back neck area above shoulder blades and shoulder.It is more towards the morning.

My Grand pa has Knee pain due to weight and old age back in India, he asked me to get some braces for him pan while walking, on line sites has many many varieties of braces suggest some cheap and best braces to buy if possible with brand.

So, I was diagnosed with a developing back stress fracture almost three weeks ago. I was told to not play my sport basketball for 3 months and also I was not allowed to bend my back backwards, jump, twist my body or land hardly on the ground. I sometimes feel pain in the muscles when I walk or do very easy and light exercises. Now I'm scared that it will prolong my resting time. Those pains originally took me to the doctor to find out why they hurt, so what should I do? Im 15 and still growing.

6years ago i had ancle infection, gangrene was spread down to bone also. I had 4 operations of debridement( of the bone too) and then 5th was transplanted skin+muscles+veins from my left thigh to right ankle. Now as the foot was locked, 1month ago i had another operation in another country, and dr didnt ask me if i had osteomelytis and he drilled the bones off to make foot bend 90degrees. Im worried now if he wake up infection in bone? ( It hurts after tramal wear off and pain is like stabbing)

I have a strong swelling beside my kneel for about 3 years now, thought it will dissolve by its self but still in my kneel now and getting more bigger

Does a posterior bone spur on the neck make the arms and hand go numb? Can the bone spur cause the left side to hurt?

My mother suffered back and knee pain last 4 days he not stand and sit properly due to pain her age is 54 years

I fall in a trampoline in the summer triying to do a flip so i fall in inverse so it up to two months with thus pain

I have developed a chronic lumbar pain that is getting to be debilitating. Sleeping is almost impossible and doing work at a desk has become unbearable. I believe it is a result of my excessive studying which requires me to learn over a desk doing problems for my major for the last 8+ years.
