Bone & Muscle problems

I am having pain in hip joibt from 7-8months. We have gone through all diagnosis but no problem have been identified till date. Neither joint pains have been diagnosed in any lab test nor MRI have diagnosed anything. Now pain arises in muscles of lower legs and middle of feet.

I went to hospital last week had a ECG machine,blood tests urine test and a chest xray all where clear said it was very torn muscles but pain is still there not as bad but more a dull pain I think and generally don't feel great they gave me co-codamol but don't seem to do anything!I have read about a condition called costochondritis could the pain in chest and ribs be that??as I think it's imflammed also would a drug called naproxen help?

If I had food after my belly Wright hand side would be started paining not only had food any time it has to be started paining

My shoulder and hand is pain g and shevering No medicine is working as I have consulted to many doctors

I have back pain, getting tired and also muscle cramps sometimes. This has been the case since 2-3 months

My son is 12 yrs old .He is suffering from knee pain since 15days (right leg) .He actively plays football n cricket daily . should I consult orthopedic doctor.

I always have a clicking sound at the shoulder (ball and socket joint) whenever I rotate or move my right hand. The same sound comes whenever I move my right leg ball and socket joint (even while walking). I'm only 17 years old. Please tell whether there is any deficiency or so.

I've recently made it a practice to walk 10000 steps a day at any cost and I've been doin it from last 7-10 days. So far everything's good. But after I complete my long walk, I've noticed that my knees have become warm to touch. Not hot but warm. But I don't have any pain. Is it normal? Or is something not right? Kindly advice.
