Here is the MRI Report :
Normal lumbar lordosis is lost.
MRI of L-S Spine reveals -
1) Degenerative disc disease with diffuse disc bulge at all levels & mild bilateral neural foramina
narrowing at L4-L5.
2) Mild disc protrusion at L4-L5 causing indentation over the anterior thecal sac.
3) Other degenerative changes as described above.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
⢠Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
⢠Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
⢠Avoid bending in front.
