Lumber Pain
Pain in lumber region for months. For few days could not stand up straight, could not move easily. Here is the MRI Report : Normal lumbar lordosis is lost. MRI of L-S Spine reveals - 1) Degenerative disc disease with diffuse disc bulge at all levels & mild bilateral neural foramina narrowing at L4-L5. 2) Mild disc protrusion at L4-L5 causing indentation over the anterior thecal sac. 3) Other degenerative changes as described above. Please suggest for proper healing and permanent cure.

Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. • Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. • Avoid bending in front.
