Bone & Muscle problems

I was diagnosed with meniscus tear three years ago. I was on medication and took phsiotherapy too. I denied for operation as i thoght it could be cured by exercises and physiotherapy. Now i dont have any problem in walking but i cant run and even cant perform any physical activity. I am really demoralised. My age is 24. Now i am only having joints pain while i do exercises and pressureful thngs. I really want to cure my knee joints completely. I want to consult with a rheumatologist. Plz help me

I am 33 year indian woman. I feel pain in my finger joints , neck and leg joints. I feel very tired every time and not sleep very well in nights. Can i take cod lever capsules. Plzzz tell me about its dosage also. I m vegetarian. Plzzz suggest me supplements

I trapped my finger at work on Tuesday it no longer Herts but it is swollen only on the finger nail

MRI Impression report of my father: Signal alteration is seen in C7 vertebral body....P/O secondary ruled out. Diffuse disc bulge C4-5 level with compromised. B/L neural foraminas diffuse without nerve root compression.Diffuse disc bulge C5-6 & C6-7 levels with oblitrated B/L neural foraminas causing nerve root compression.

Also pain feeling on both leg up to hill. In every morning after wake up her right hand has lost power to do any work.

It get worse everyday hard to get of bed n work Tylenol and Ibuprofen not doing nothing

I am not able to bend, or walk fast or sit for a long time due to the pain in my right leg( from hip till the foot ). There is severe pain in my leg while going to sit or stand. Not able to sit for a long time too. Kindly suggest what are the possibilities for the pain in the right leg?

Have done epidural injection before 4years should I take this tablet as I'm having difficulty in traveling and constant pain on my left side of body. I'm 50 years n m on GERD medicine sompraz IT as I have severe acidity

My mother has been suffering with a chronic back pain for the past three years. We tried everything from ultrasound, bone scan, mri, endoscopy and got it checked by many doctors. According to them its due to deficiency of calcium and osteoporosis. My mother has not recovered even 50%. She is still suffering with severe back pain. Please suggest a proper solution.
