Hi Age 51 Recently I had severe knee pain after which xray was done by the doctor,all other reports are normal like vitamin d,b12 uric acid,anaemic,sugar,cholestrol etc.Knee gap has been reduced a lot in right knee,pls suggest. How it can be cured without operation ,i have have high bp issue as well

I have pain in both heels. Rigid ness around finger of both legs. One finger nail turned black and feels pain. Pain below knee area. Pain is since 7 months specially after getting up. No pain while walking.
