Hello! How does water intake affect in IVD height? I mean: If one drinks 1,5l of water everyday and then increases water intake to 3 or 4l then the intervertebral discs can "swallow" more water and by this increase height? Maths:even if each disc height would increase by 5%then the overall body height would increase by almost 1 inch! And thats why my question is: can increasing water intake make discs "swell" more water and by this make each disc increase its height by even just few percent?

Last yr caught by Chikengunia many test done nothing found had loz of medicines my calf feet legs backache severe pain all due and stiff too wat to do ,its 1 and half yr I m faccing pains

Hi My knees, ankle, toes, shoulder,back,wrist, elbow, neck, fingers keep cracking most of the time on its on while walking or moving. Sometimes in the morning my hands get stiff and I have to crack my elbow. Sometimes I feel paining sensation. May I know what it could be? Thanks
