Shoulder dislocation
It all happened 5 yrs ago while playing volleyball I injured my left shoulder resulting in dislocation and extreme pain..my doctor suggested me to take a 4 weeks rest without any movement of my shoulder and then followed by the exercises..but after some months when i got back to game it dislocated again and the present scenario is my shoulder slips very often while playing badminton when I take my left arm high up in the air for a smash...I Am a right hand badminton player
