It sounds like you may be experiencing shoulder instability or shoulder dislocation. Shoulder instability can be caused by a variety of factors, including trauma, overuse, or underlying anatomical abnormalities. In some cases, it can be caused by repetitive throwing motions, such as those used in cricket or badminton. There are several treatment options for shoulder instability, depending on the severity of the injury. In less severe cases, rest, ice, and anti-inflammatory medication may be recommended to reduce pain and inflammation. Physical therapy may also be helpful to strengthen the shoulder muscles and improve stability. In more severe cases, surgery may be necessary to repair any damaged structures in the shoulder joint. This can include repairing torn ligaments or tendons, or tightening loose structures in the joint to improve stability. It is important to seek medical attention if you are experiencing frequent shoulder dislocations or instability, as leaving the condition untreated can lead to further damage and chronic pain. A sports medicine specialist or orthopedic surgeon can evaluate your condition and recommend an appropriate course of treatment. They may also recommend modifications to your sports technique or equipment to prevent future injuries.

Feeling of dislocation on Playing suggests that your joint is unstable. You should get yourself examined clinically to check the stability of your shoulder and position in which it becomes unstable. The further treatment would largely depend on this!

Hi If you had previous episode of dislocation then you should get an MRI done. But if you have no dislocation earlier, it can be due to ligament laxity. Better would be to get examined in person.
Next Steps
Visit your nearby orthopaedic doctor
