Last year in august i had an accident on bike and i fall from bike on my right hand. i consulted a doctor he checked X-rays of my shoulder nothing was fractured after some days the pain was alleviated. Yesterday i cranked a engine and now again the pain has started . i feel my right hand very heavy and i keep on holding it with some support

My father had a fracture in his right knee (joint) 5 months ago. It has completely healed now. But screw affixed with the implant plate is moving, and we fear if that would fall. The solution would be to remove it, but considering that it is just months since the surgery, is it advisable to go for the removal now? What will be the problems if the screw falls?
