Can I do crunches lifting my neck and spine Can I do forward bends , lifting my legs for abdomen exercise

While doing crunches u need to maintain your neck in neutral position( By doing chin tucks) and while lifting your legs u need to maintain your abdominal tucking. Your movements should be synchronised with breathing to avoid jerk on your spine.
