Bend in the neck
Due to my childhood habit of leaning forward, my bones of spinal cord in the neck region has bend forward. It has been around 1 year that it has started to pain in the neck whenever I stay in leaning position for more than 30 minutes. I had done a x-ray of chest 3 or 4 years back in which I have seen the bend(x-ray is lost). I need advice on what should I do about the bend in the spinal cord? What doctor should I consult?

U consult a physiotherapy doctor for learning exercise and posture. U r too young to develop permanent changes in ur spine because of posture. Use pillow while sleeping. Pillow till shoulder blades level while sleeping on back and pillow till shoulder level while sleeping on side. And u need first too be relaxed rather than ve always worried. If still not happy or if worried then see an orthopaedic consultant near you.
