Fracture in foot and leg already in cast
I’ve had a cast on for a week for small fractures in my foot and just above my ankle and ligament damage, and now I get a sharp pain on the outside of my lower calf when I stand up, or whenever my leg is vertical.

You must visit an orthopedic surgeon.also do some ankle toe movements inside the cast.
