Pain in knees
For a few years, Ive been having knee pains in both knees, but sometimes it will only affect one knee at a time. it only used to come up about once a week, but for the past month or so I can't go a day without the pain, its almost like this constant really bad ache in my knees, it feels like its almost like inside my knee and the pain will sometimes travel down my leg, the pain gets so bad sometimes I will have trouble walking, and it keeps me up at night.

This will help relieve some pain. • Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. • Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.
