I get cramps in legs and arms, shoulder always after doing any activity, even after seating on bike i get cramps in leg, usualy below the heap..

My father is suffering from knee pain. Doctor suggested for knee replacement. But the estimated surgery cost is very high. Is there any other surgery option at lower cost?

I had fracture in left tibia upperside.after 6 week cast is removed. But feeling pain at fracture side after cast removing . And upperside of knee is swelled. Doctor said just move your foot not more than 80-90 degree . Then physiotherapy will begin.

My grandma has very minor compression fracture and doctor has recommended her complete bed rest for 3 weeks. I have a query regarding this.
