Bone & Muscle problems

I pulled right hand of my 1 year baby yesterday accidentally.she started crying with pain.i consulted doctor.He declared as pulled elbow problem and treatment done.He given pain relief syrup.My baby can not lift her hand easily till now.how long it will take to cure completely?

I had fallen on my knee several days ago. It immediately started to swell up right after. I was not able to put my full weight on it because it would buckle on me. I have went to a doctor and they did an xray on it and nothing is broken. I have to wait til the 5th of January to get with an orthopedic. My thing is that I have been able to get more movement out of it and the swelling is slowly going away but now I have brusing on the inside of my leg by my knee and under my knee on my calf.

Having pain emanating from back of the waist down to the legs along its sides...on my left side...this happens regularly after hard physical work at home...or after lying on my left side over long period....I do yoga everyday

I met with an accident on 25/11/2017 in which my leg got twisted...I took MRI in which it is written.. 1)partial tear of the anterior cruciate ligament 2)horizontal tear of involving the posterior horn of the medial meniscus? My local doctor advised pop and surgery ....can it be cured from Ayurveda or homeopathy

I am diagnosed with an ACL tear.It Happened 3 month back when i was running on a treadmill. I am able to walk with pain.Done MRI last week. MRI report 1) Anterior cruciate ligament sprain 2)Radial tear involving the root of anterior born of lateral meniscus 3)Grade I chondromalacia patellae Doctor asked to take vitamin D medicine and UG psychotherapy. I am gym lover person and this accident happen in GYM. My question after how many days I can again start the exercise in the gym, Play football?
