Bone & Muscle problems

The Pain left and and came probably after an hour or so and stopped again what could this be I am not sure if it is a pinched nerve or something else because it moved from my neck to the center of my back and then to my front left shoulder

I've been experiencing intense back pain from the past 4 days. The pain is in my back muscle. I can move around and the pain is minimal, but when I wake up I can't breathe and the pain shoots up considerably. What do I do?

Suffering with knee pain, Unable to get up while seated and vice versa, pain started all of a sudden, used cold compression..

Swelling seen in finger joints and also unable to fold fingers...suggestion required in this regard.

Today we gone for swimming.now its sleeping time and i have something pain on my left hand near shoulder part.its note pain but i cant hold my hand for min 5 seconds.i try in so many positions to get comfort but its not working.

Hi i did squats with weights in my house and i didnt know the right way. I put the barbell on the bone of my spine instead the shoulder traps. I found out that it is supposed to be your traps not that bone as it could cause spinal injury. Its been about 5 days i can make my back straight properly or walk atraight. I have to bend a bit otherwise if im completely straight it feels like there is no energybleft in my curved back area. It also gives me pain when i completely straighten the back.

How can I resolved my disc buldge issue.it is there from last 3 years. Please suggest to get rid of it

I am 24 I got knee pain in both leg when I went to gym to reduce my weight . I have since 1.5 years pain still not reduced . I had went to doctor and physiotherapy also many times. Still it is in pain ..it good to put injection to the both knee ..how it works ..it is permanent solution r temporary my permanent for pain and MRI report :grade 2 small tear postior horn mensices

Hello There is some sound coming from my left knee joint when I put force while getting up. I do not have any issue like pain or anything else. Just sound comes.

There's a small cyst on my right hands wrist.It can only be seen while bending my wrist downwards but the pain start's from wrist area to entire right hand. Cyst appears whenever there's excessive stress or usage of the right hand.The pain is unbearable... Any solutions or procedure for the treatment? Thanks in advance
