Pain in shoulder for a long time.she is taking medicines but nothing happen in positive way please help

Leg pain from 2 weeks, difficulty in moving legs, difficulty in walking.Pain is relieved after taking medicine but after the effects of medicine is gone pain in legs start again.

I had urine infection, I took medication for the same and it is gone now. During infection I developed pain in back part of my foot (heels). It is not severe but it is still there, please advise what to do?

I am having pain in back side of my neck till the shoulder region. Even when i sneeze i can feel the pain. I had upper back pain problem from last 1 year and under went a cervical C3-4 surgery recently. At first the pain was very less. But one day when i slept on one of the sides instead of sleeping straight i started having neck pain. The pain seems to be on joints on shoulder and neck too. What can i do?

Patient is suffering from osteoarthritis knee for a long time ( about 10 years ). Conditions are for last 15 days is pretty bad. Patient is not able to walk at all. Planning to do total/partial knee replacement. Is there any way out? What's the approximate cost for the entire thing? Thank you
