Tendonopathy
I need a doctors opinion from sports medicine about my triceps tendonopathy.it is not been treated since 1 year i thought that it will recover from working out but it didn't and the recovery is very slow and minuscule i need to know can it be repaired via surgery or stem cell transplant .

For triceps tendinopathy: 1. You can try PRP therapy, it is a type of stem cell therapy which promotes healing of injured structures anywhere in body. 2. Kinesio-taping also helps. 3. Ice pack application helps.
