Bone & Muscle problems

I am having neck pain since a month. I have done xray and it says Loss of Lordosis from cerivical c1 to c7 and which caused me of spasm. What should I do.

My weight is 100kilo, i suffer double disc herniation since 2014, I had that one time when I wasn't Able to move or walk for one month and a half (2years ago), Now I live with pain everyday,I feel pain every second, many doctors Told me i need operation, others told me to lose weight if i want to forget about my pain, because if i won't go on a diet, the problem might come back very soon after the operation. IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY TO NOT BE ABLE TO WALK IN THE FUTURE IF I STAY LIKE THAT?

Swollen right ankle I was driving a truck on Thursday and because of the angle of the accelerator I had to extend my foot as flat as possible to hold full throttle would this cause my ankle to swell?

Earlier days i feel le ft lung's lowder down part is larger than right lung? Is it usual or a problem

I was ignorant enough to do this. I foam rolled my lower back, something went wrong and basically aggravated an old injury I got from the squat in the past that actually healed fine before the rolling. Because the next morning getting out of bed was in excruciating pain. Now, I constantly feel a pinch right above my right butt cheek as if though I'm getting a needle injection and the pain is radiantly spreading in my lumbar region. Now I don't know what to do. This happened a few days ago.

I feel weakness in my wrist. i feel pain in my wrist when i hit or hammer . i feel slight cracking sound in my shoulders when i bowl or throw something. i feel stiffness in my bones in winter.

I met with an accident last week & got multiple Abrasions on my knee. I've been applying megaheal/Povidone Ointments alternatively day & night. But the wount is not healing yet. Is it natural for knee wounds? Also the pain is not reduced. Please suggest me if there is any other option for healing/granulation. Thank you :)
