While playing badminton, my ankle got twisted and had a swelling. I put on some ice pack and had a visit to doctor. I got an x ray...Can you please check the x ray and tell me if there is any thing to worry abuot.

I woke up with excruciating pain in my neck and shoulder. Haven't been able to move my head freely ever since. Very painful.

I have been having body pains, mostly the upper back, neck and muscle pains in legs. Its been a long time and from couple of months, I feel very tired throughout the day. The vitamin D test was done and the result seems to be abnormal i.e., 7.5 ng/ml. I would like to know if the symptoms are due to this deficiency and if it is so, what can be done to increase the Vitamin D levels.

I was playing cricket and a catch was called by me but the call hit my finger badly. I have been having severe radiating pain on one side through the legs. Reports showed mild disc bulge in L4, L5 and nerve compression. Was prescribed nuro tablets but they didn't give lasting relief. Undergoing physiotherapy. Any suggestions to get permanent relief from the pain?
