Partially torn biceps tendon should be given a chance to heal by itself, for which a proper anatomical position should be maintained with cast or immobiliser. It depends on your body pattern, work profile wether surgery should be done early. In case of total years of biceps, a reattachment procedure is done with latest fixation techniques.
Next Steps
Consult Orthopaedic surgeon for conservative measures.
