Bone & Muscle problems

After a road car journey of 2 hrs, she's suffering from severe back pain although she's patient of arthritis( especially knee). Pain feels in deep breathing, cough, sneezing etc. Took pain killer with the consultation of orthopedician. Please help me.

I woke up from my sleep and in morning my right hand moment has stop not totally but almost I can't close my fingers together my hand isn't responding if I lift it up with the help of other hand I can barely hold up for 2 to 3*sec moment are almost stopped my fingers aren't responding.. Will that be permanent?? Or is there any solution for this and if it's soo how much days it will take me to recover
