Care AI Shimmer
Meniscal tear if not causing mechanical symptoms like locking or foreign body sensation do not need surgery. Wether it gets cured by itself depends on location of year as meniscus by itself is a Avascular structure. It also depends on your work profile, needs and body type.
Next Steps
share MRI. static quadriceps exercises and knee bending exercises will help. PRP injections may help.
Health Tips
do not ignore injury or tolerate pain.

Why rely on only medicine and surgery, go for Physiotherapist and ask the necessary exercises to be done.
