Right ankle injury
I fell from staircase. I had my X-ray done . It shows normal report. But my bone still pains alot and on touching the affected part the pain is tremendous . I have difficulty in walking too. I have a busy lifestyle, so I can't rest. Should I go for a plaster splint ? Or an ankle band would be enough?

Your pain might originate from damaged ligaments around injured area. Try local ice pack application and medications like Enzomac and Ultracet will help. Lower limb elevation is key
Next Steps
kindly share x-rays..for 2nd opinion.
Health Tips
plaster has no gross disadvantage. A synthetic walking cast is a good option for immobilisation.
