7 months ago I began tourniqueting my leg (with no prior experience) as a way of coping. I did this 5 days a week for 3 months. During, my legs be blue, be white, be red and be purple. Sometimes they would hurt, or tingle and or it's like they weren't even there. My legs began to swell dramatically so I stopped 4 moths ago. Now 7 months later I'm dealing with reprecussions like my knees giving out, not being able to bend them, extreme pain when moving to fast or using stares. What did I do?

I have back pain it starts from the top bone and doesn’t allow me to lay down comfortably it severely hurts from time to time
