I'm having great discomfort when I put weight on my right leg. The pain starts right below my knee in the in the extensor digitorium longus and then spreads to my calf and up to my knee. It's also accompanied by tenderness and pulling in my knee.

Shoulder pain while throwing the ball
I get shoulder pain when i throw the cricket ball while feilding, it will last for few minutes and disappears. While bowling or working out in gym i never get this pain. Pain is severe and lasts for only few minutes.
