Pain in lower left Trapezius muscle
I am experiencing a mild pain in my lower left Trapezius muscle in my back for last 4-5 days. I think i slept in a wrong position one night.

Hi , you probably got muscle spasm, rarely it may be due to cervical spine problem. For both your need physio. Muscle relaxant and pain killers might help as well. By Dr Sivaraman. Ortho consultant. Thoraipakkam
