Bone & Muscle problems

My mom ( Age 60) recently slipped & had a back injury. X-Ray shows Partial Compression Fracture of D12 Vertebrae. Also LAT Loss of lumbar lordosis & Reduction in L5-S1 intervertebral disc space. Rest everything is normal.Doctor has advised 1 month bed rest & given calcium tablets + Enzoflam. What more we can do to reduce the pain & heal faster

I have mild dextro scoliosis. I need med. cert. Is there a chance that i cant be fit to work because of this condition.

My legs hurt so much in the morning as soon as I wake up ..I can't even walk and it is too weak to walk. I feel I would fall from dizziness .. I shld lay down . I can't do any work

Hi! I've been having knee pain for a week now. When im sitting and left the leg that has the hurtting knee it hurts. Or if I'm laying on that side it hurts to bend it. It is fine when im walking on it its just hurrting when i move it while sitting.

Acute pain in left  heel while walking. Also very difficult to keep foot down after testing. Not taking any medication for same.

Sometime pain in my arm and neck from last 15days but itz regular while sleeping too
