Can Magnesium supplements relax the chronic muscle tightness in the body? Have vitamin d as 7 which is low.I have taken uprise d3 60k tablets and got diahrea. So should I need to take vitamin d + magenisum supplements?

Knee pain visit doctors they think it’s a tear or something no fluid in it. Consitnsly pops in and out and when I step on a certain way it pulls and pops had and mri on this Friday haven’t received anything bad but haven’t had any issues with my knee after my car accident last February and they did nerve testing and X-rays only one nerve looked bad but wasn’t serious. Just don’t know why my knee locks and emwhen ever it pops back into place it feels better or when it cramps out

I have had an injury since April 2017 in my thumb/wrist. It hasn't gotten better, only worse. It hurts on the palm side and inside of my wrist. It especially hurts when i move hand sideways, up and down. It pops every time I move it too. I wear a brace on it all the time, but it doesn't seem to help at all. It kinda just makes it unable to move. My wrist is also very weak along with my thumb.

I have lower back pain and neck pain for the past 2 years i have removed my wisdom tooth (impacted tooth ) as advised by orthopediac doctor but still the pain persist in my neck and back some said my muscles got stiffness and the lower spines L3 & L4 straight because of the muscle stiffness i tried physio therapy also but no cure please suggest

I feel pain in my hand wrist whenever I put pressure on my hand. The pain was not severe so I didn't care much but now it's been more than a month and the pain is still the same. I don't remember how the pain started but I used to use computer a lot. Since last week, I totally stopped using computer and I'm taking "Napa Extra" tablet 3 times a day after meal for past 5 days. But it has no effect and the pain is same. How can I get rid of the pain soon and what could be the cause of the pain?
