Hi, I had ankle ligament injury Since from last 2.5 months,initial stages I visited to doctor and they plastered my ankle for 3 weeks and afterwards given ankle binder to use for 3 weeks, but still I'm having swelling and pain in my ankle, and some suggested to use ice fermentation and some suggested to put my ankle in a warm water to do some excercises, IM SO MUCH WORRY ABOUT MY ANKLE ,Kindly suggest wat should I do further, Presently I'm living in GURGON KINDLY DO NEEDFUL

Strain for past 4 days in leg from hip to leg... She didn't sleep for 4 days... Wht is the solution.. I gave her brufen and paracetamol but nothing worked out say me some solution sir.

Feel like swaying while standing. Difficulty walking distance . I don't know y i am feeling like this. I am afraid to walk and going out. My all tests normal . My legs hurt. I feel dizzy while sitting on a chair. I understand if i work hard i shld b tired . But sitting also difficult .i don't k kw y. I take becocules thought i have vitamin deficiency .pls help. Hi, I'm getting severe pain around the leg and hip joint. The pain increases when I try to raise my leg sideways / outwards and if I'm lying on my side, I cannot raise my leg upwards without support. I play football and have mostly picked this up while in the act, but cannot understand what this is exactly because it has never happened before. I have had ongoing problems with my adductor and my groin but this is the opposite side of the leg so unaware. Thanks in anticipation.

I had 5th metatarsal fracture in my left foot on 25th October and the cast was removed on 3rd December. Now I can walk but with slow pace and have little problem while I'm descending downstairs or if the surface is uneven. I become tired too early. Now I wanted to start gyming and exercise as I have put on a lot of weight. When can I start that and what type of exercises should be avoided and for how long. Also let me know if I can go for trekking nxt month??

Doctor has prescribed to take Enbrel and said confidently that this is the last solution to save hip joint, as I am suffering from hip osteoarthritis from last one year. What is the cost of Enbrel and how to get it at lowest price. I am also a Ankylosing Spondilitis patient.
