After Remove Plaster Cast
Today i remove my plaster after one month and my leg is thiker then other is this a problem or normal please tell me?

Hi. Your foot is thicker then the other suggest you still have swelling. Don't worry. Foot swelling takes longer to heal up upto 3 months. Keep your leg elevated over 2 pillows while sleeping. Apply crepe bandage while standing or walking or sitting with legs hanging. Apply ice packs in between to reduce the swelling. This will hopefully be fine. Take care

Start with physiotherapy...you will get back muscle bulk.. Cast is usually associated with disuse atrophy.
