Two days ago I hit my foot on a metal chair while running. Yesterday I walked during the whole day and the pain started to intensify. Sometimes my foot starts to swell or the toes.

I have little pain under my both shoulder blde where the right one is more painful than left one. I listen some crunching or crackling type sounds from my back when I try to squeeze my shoulder blade. The same type of sound I listen when I strech my neck from one side to another side. The most disturbing area is near my shoulder blade and upper back . Also I feel moderate pain from my lower back. So which type of Doctor is best for me? Is there anything serious and is there anything that I should avoid now? Please help me. Thank you for helping me.

I have ankylosing spondylitis. It was diagnosed in 2015. I first took allopathic medications for a year along with homeopathic medicines. But the pain was not reduced. Thereafter I left medicines because of its side effects. And continue some home remedies and yoga. No i don't take any medicines and do yoga and on home remedies. But my pain is still there, I cannot take nsaids because it causes mouth ulcers and diarrhea. What will be in future I am very concerned. Can I be fit by just doing yoga.. please help ...

Sir my father's MRI report was concluded with this "MR findings are suggestive of posterocentral disc protrusion at L4-L5 level comprising bilateral neural foramina. Another broad based diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 level lateralised to left side and minimal indenting at neural foramina associated with ligamentum flavum and facetal hypertrophy at L4-L5 levels.
