Finger tips to rist are always numb and giving shock in both hands. What does this mean

Hello doctor and take you for taking time to listen to my problem , i noticed that i'm having a lot of problems with my legs , my knee makes cracking sounds whenever i do squats , my legs start to shake whenever i get tired after working out or walking for so much , and i can't find any comfortable position to sit on when i sit on the ground , i used to sit down normally now i have to stand up because my legs either start shaking or i get pain or i can't even hold some positions

I did headstand (sheersh asan) on a hard surface. after doing it, my head, top part, was paining. that pain reduced after some time, but my neck (back part and slightly below) is paining. and sometimes the pain goes to right arm. and lower back is also paining. the pain is 4/10 on neck and 3/10 on lower back. MRI says mild hypo tension in C2_C3, C3 C4,C4C5 ,C5C6

Diagnosed with HLA B27 around 8-10 months back. Having severe pain in leg joints. Having pain in Neck, one eye, knee, Heels and back. Started with the Ayurvedic treatment few months back but sign of relief. Is Homeopathy treatment better?

I’ve had swelling and pain for 10 months after severe ankle sprain( damage all ligaments, ruptured tendon, severe bone bruising)

Today Morning I went to a shop to buy something. The floor of the shop was very slippery, I got slipped there backside. I got injured at the lower back and the upper point where two hips joins. I will be travelling tomorrow, So i want to reduce the maximum pain by tomorrow. I already applied Volini spray. Please provide me the prescriptions. what kind of precautions i should take.

MRI report says high grade partial tear of ACL. Bony contusion with ill defined subcortical marrow edema noted within the lateral femoral condyle and lateral tibial plateau. Low grade sprain of lateral collateral ligament without any significant disruption of fibres. Mind knew effusion with suprapatellar extension. Small bakers cyst seen adjacent to medial head of gastrocnemius muscle. What is the right treatment for above problems surgery or physiotherapy.

I got hurt few days back . At that time I used move with band at my knee after two days it was ok . Now after 15days I have knees sweeling problem . What's soution ??

Suffering lower back pain & tighten muscles from last three day. Please suggest what should i do?
