I take 400mg of magnesium daily for fibromyalgia. I’m confused about having to take calcium or malic acid with it. Is it one or the other or should I do both?

I had a sip with skaters inside home , had pain in leg which was cured with ice pack . But the pain has come back now. I am dancer , I can't it dance because of this pain. I feel at times the pain moved above my thighs or below knee. Not sure if some problem with nerve or muscle. I can walk and stand bend leg also , but climbing the stairs and getting down is problem

Above my foot bone mass is very less in right leg compare to left leg. Little pain in knee while sitting in the bathroom

My right foot is paining a lot while I walk. This pain started when I was walking a long distance and it became intense such that it became very hard for me to walk. I'm in Patna and the weather had been sooo cold here. So when at night while I sleep under my rug in hot condition, I feel like both my feet are remaining sooo cold and experiencing like needles are piercing through my feet. My fingers of both my feet pain a lot when I walk in my shoes.

My mother is having a lot of pain in her backbone when she sits and this pain has got started all of a sudden. Her backbone is taking the curved structure towards outside, it's looking like somewhat.

My doctor has advised me to take lubrijoint 1500 mg for knee pain but my friend has suggested that I should avoid taking it as I am too young for it.should I take the medicine or not??
