My left shoulder becomes uncomfortable and “crunches” when i retract my shoulder blades. it does not make any actual noise but it feels like something is getting caught. and if i retract a few times in a row it feels tired quickly,

I have had a tibia plateau break but the metal plate in my leg sits out from the bone -is this normal - I can feel the plate if I kneel - it seems to sit on the floor separate from my knee - is this normal?

It pains on upper part of the shin bone after some lower body workout or sprints. The part that pains is just 2-3 inches below knee cap. And sometimes it pains on touching too. Mostly if I bend my knees when I am on my toes, it pains.

Hi, I'm 32, and I work 5 days a week always on my feet. I slipped fairly hard at work today, not 4 1/2 hours ago. I drove home experiencing some pain in my left knee. Now I'm experiencing pain alongside the outside of my left knee (with swelling), my hip, and the back of my calf. I've attempted walking on it, the pain seems to start either in my knee or hip and radiates alongside the back of my calf. My leg feels like it's buckling and I'm going to fall again.

I have serious arm pain after falling 4 feet from a hammock into the shallow creek. I hit a large rock on the way down and my arm is bruised swollen, and there is a knot at the central location of the pain. Is it broken?

I experience severe pain just below my left shoulder blade near to the spine intermittently. The pain occurs when sitting, standing, or working and also when lying down on bed. Extreme pain is noticed when I am sitting and trying to gulp food or water. Constant low degree pain is experienced in normal course. I have already had MRIs done for the spine / thoracic and Cervical areas. Nothing abnormal is noticed. Please help.
