My mother is suffering from Osteo Arthritis and it's already stage 4. There has been Treatment going on and I'm looking for suggestion on knee replacement cost and procedure in patna bihar or where it can be treating very well as well very cost effective . Please suggest

My back and neck are almost always achy/ sore. They feel like they need to be popped a lot of the time or to be like straightened out or something. What should I do to help this? I'm a student and I know I don't have good posture, but constantly needing to lean over a desk on a daily basis isn't going away anytime soon. Would a chiropractic adjustment be necessary? A new bed and pillow situation perhaps? I've had the same mattress for awhile and I think it might be making things worse.

I have got an X ray study done for lumbar sacral spine whose study shows loss of lumbar lordosis due to back muscle spasm. When I sit for long hours my hips do pain, also on wooden benches I would feel the pain. Is medication required or any exercise or would time heal the same or is it something severe ?

I've had my right knee surgery for torn ACL and MCL. It's been 16 days post surgery and I have been told to start bending knee gradually but I cant bend it more than 20-30 degrees. There is swelling around the knee which hasn't decreased since post surgery, which makes it even more hard to bend my knee. I'm worried that I might not be able to get my full range of motion of knee.

Did headstand 5-6 days ago. After that pain in head for 2 days but no pain in head now. Pain in neck and spine n slight in lower back. Less in Morning and Max at night. Sometime pain goes to right arm. Attached MRI report.
