Magnesium supplement
I take 400mg of magnesium daily for fibromyalgia. I’m confused about having to take calcium or malic acid with it. Is it one or the other or should I do both?

Try taking L- carnitine for fibromyalgia..available in various compositions. Calcium has a general role for body development. Can be taken otherwise.
Health Tips
I am not sure if magnesium will help directly for fibromyalgia. Mainstay is physiotherapy and muscle relaxation with hot water compression.
