My jaw was dislocated from it's place after I woke up while I was trying to yawn and out of fear I tried moving my jaw and it was back to it's place after few mins, it happened around 4 am in the morning.. right now there is no pain but I am kind of scared to open my mouth fully and freely. Kindly suggest.. Thank you!

My left leg pain. When i walk it pains more. I did not used to feel in a such way. Also whenn i lay it pain more.

I've been doing squats for about 4 days straight and also dancing and today I got worried since in one squat that I did, my knees started making noise (almost like a bubble that explodes). I immediately stopped doing all exercise. I do not feel any pain nor are my knees getting bigger or inflamed but I just wanted to know if it's something I should truly worry about. Thank you!
