Bone & Muscle problems

I am a beautician , so my work is more like standing and sitting , so my left side body joints pain , jaw , neck ,shoulder, wrist,elbow lwerback , knee ankle only 1 side pain &when I wake up in morning I feel a stiffness In my body. I have removed some reports 2 years back it have shown a mild slip disc . I regularly do yoga because I love doing yoga and exercise and visit physiotherapist but After doing all this I haven’t seen any effect .. I have visited many doctors but each and eve

I fell while skiing about 2 months ago and slammed the inside of my knee on ice. It swelled and hurt to walk immediately afterwards. It still hurts to even touch and it still has a bump. It mainly hurts around the soft tissue spot on the inside of my knee. I’ve been resting but it hasn’t gotten any better.

I have completed ACL tear surgery done by Feb 17. Still 3weeks are also completed, now I am walking with walker and get some weight bearing, but I have a small dought, how many days I climbing steps,in my job purpose compalsary climbing steps, please give some suggestions for improvement

My fathers both ankles and part above it has Edema type swelling which often comes and goes . He says there are constant burning sensation on sole of feet . He don't have sugar and BP problem . He is strictly vegetarian and has good mobility and walks about 4 to 5 kilometers daily , not as morning walk but as a routine field trip . Often He sleeps late night may be 11 to 12 midnight. When he comes to Mumbai , he don't walk much , not more than half a kilometer but then there is no swelling in ankle and calf muscles .

Hi, My mother is suffering from pain in her legs(specially in ankle area) from very long time , the pain feels like the bones are getting cut internally , and pain feels most during night time or whenever she lie on bed , some doc have consulted her that it might be arthritis or due to overweight , but I'm not sure , she haven't taken any diognstic test yet , m puzzled which speciality doctor to refer

Pain on Right side of lower back since 3 month. Sir jab bhi forward bending hota hu ya kuchh weight uthata hu tab pain hota. X ray krwaya hai but Normal h.
