Hello I had 5th metatarsal bone fracture about 40 days ago. For the 24 days i remained in kaccha plaster instead of having pakka plaster after 1 week. Is it going to affect my recovery time?

Some 20 days before , some pain started in my ankle after playing badminton. I continued playing ignoring it. But know I consulted doctor and there is no major issue. However, I am not able to walk properly as it pains during walking. What may be the probable reason as it is no fracture there.

I met with an accident before 6 months..The doctor said I had a small air break in the left knee if u take 3 months bedrest it will be ok.. Now I am unable to walk freely and I can't fold my knee... I took MRI scan.. The results are 1.small volume of effusion noted 2.Grade 3 horizontal oblique tear involving posterior horn 3,Sprain involving meniscofemoral component of MCI complex at anterior aspect.. Do I need surgery now? I'm 50 years old.. Can anyone help me what to do now

I had c section delivery 25 days back. Now I have to feed the baby for long hours and at regular intervals. Since I sit with my legs folded I am having knee pain. Last two days the pain has Increased and I am unable to fold one of my leg. Plzz suggest some home remedy for knee pain..

I was diagnosed with patellofemoral syndrome 2 years ago. I have been given exercises, but the knee continues to grind with noises and occasional flare ups of pain. Is there any other treatment for this problem?

I have been facing disc pain. And Disc dessication with disc bulge at the level of L5 / S1 causing narrowing of left neural foramina and effacting the perineural fat of left exiting nerve roots son now what should I do.

I had k wire fixed in my 2 of fingers and which were removed. One of the finger got his movements back through physiotherapy and another finger is still having heavy stiffness . During wax bath the finger bends to some extent and after 15 mins it goes back to its stiff form. What is the remedy to restore the finger movement and I am still going for Physiotherapy. Thanks

Hello sir I am struggling for right side hip pain and some leg. I can't keep my leg on floor. When ever I keep my leg on floor I have lot of pain in my hip and thus it's very painful. Please help me
