Pain in neck and shoulder
During bench press exercise of gym I feel pain starting from below right shoulder to neck and up

Seemingly you are suffering from muscle sprain..most likely due to sports / gymming injury..better is to avoid bench press for some time.. apply heat to part and also thiogel thrice daily...After some time if rest start woth gentle stretches before you resume gymming
