I have ligament tear and meniscus tear in my left knee... Have undergone arthroscopy bt failed.... Now doing physiotherapy only.. Not going for resurgery. What exercise can I do at home other than cycling and swimming

I have bone problem and my aso is great than 300 tell me the treatment of this bone problem

Hello Sir, My father 70 yrs his left leg not working, after MRI doctor said his veins are blocked in spinal cord hence legs movement stopped. Doctor suggested operation for this but chances of recovery is very less. Please suggest me your valuable opinion. Also suggest good doctor to cure this.

My father is suffering from the above mentioned condition since last 8 years,he can't walk properly,or go upstairs,its mostly paining in his knee joints,even while walking ,now the problem has reached to his hip joints aswell, and the doctors have recommended knee replacement, but we are not ready for that,actually we want to have some other way to get through this,kindly suggest us,the better way out.Thank u.

Hello Doctor, My wife, who is a teacher by profession, is complaining neck pain since last 7-8 days. Initially we thought it might be a neck sprain caused due to neck movement during sleep. Her work involves 6-7 hours of standing duty & 3-4 hours of answer sheet checking of students The pain is actually above neck... On the back side of the neck, the area where hair ends and neck starts. Can you please guide us. Best Regards

Doctor, 3years ago I had an abortion, since then continue 2 years I used contraceptive pills (duoluton l). But now I feel serious pain in my body like arms, knees, fingers, wrists, toes, neck, etc,. My neuro doctor suggest me to stop that pills. I have already increased my thyroid level 9.451. This pills is the culprit. Now I stopped that pills, but can't see no improvement.
