Bone & Muscle problems

Hi I will get more  body pain during summer days especially legs and I'm somewhat lean  plz tell me the solution for this problem.

I have these hard bone like bump on my wrist ,it dont cause pain an it is there for 5 years what is this

I met with a bike accident on 30th October.Myright foot was hurt due to thebike accident I visited a nearby doctor who gave me medications and suggested rest. However, even after a couple of days, I was in pain and decided to take a second opinion This time, I visited another doctor who after further examining suggested complete bed rest for 2 weeks due to internal injuries But still there is swelling on my foot alway i can feel pain sometime and if i take caffeine drinks the pain is increase, Can anyone help me to fix this issue any medication??

Having pain in left knee from last 5 day.It happened on 28th night when I crawled a bit on the bed from one side to another. The pain started just after that. Next day It became worse with swelling. I am unable to walk and bend my knee. Please advise.

Before 20 days I had k wire surgery in my foot. And have bandage plaster. Now I feel like watering (wet ) inside. Is it any infection ?

Had a fall, MRI report said partial ACL tear, for 5 months I did physiotherapy, however the pain in the knee is there and I can't walk comfortably due to pain and I also limp when walking. I want to under go ACL reconstruction surgery. But I stay on 3rd floor, blgd has no lift. After surgery when will I be able to put full weight on my operated leg . once I am discharged from the hospital, Will it b OK to put weight on my operated leg and climb 3 floors. Please let me know.

I have arthritis of the knees, painful and swollen. I have bee getting treatment for it in the past 10-12 years. But now the right knee started itching inside very bad.

Is it safe to run and jog in hydrocele... I got some pain while i was in gym then i thought i should stop gyming n start jogging ...is it safe to run in hydrocele
