Bone & Muscle problems

Few months back i resigned my job for some issue and staying free. In short time efffected with disc buldge and neck pain, for which i am going for physio. Now every morning feeling whole body stiffness and pains and lot of discomfortness. Want to know whats happening with me ?? And any tests required ???

I met with an accident and was not abke to lift hand and operation performed and two screws fitted abd doing exercise as pet doctor from past 5 days but still not able to lift left hand, please suggest
