Bone & Muscle problems

First i have back pain when it gets low slowly slowly then my right leg starts paining,and the pain is so dreadful that i barely walk. Please suggest something!!

Back n below shoulder area having pain and burning sensation. This is bcz an accident, she has lost balance fallen backward on slippery surface.

Hello. I have knee pain & lower back pain from 4-5 years. But no difference even after I consulted one doctor & taking his prescribed medicines for one year. All knee & back X-ray had been done. But everything is normal. If I switch on the fan then will increase. Suggest me what's this about ?

I am having a pain at the bottom of spine where my spine ends. The pain is there when I sit in that particular position. Kindly let me know what it could be.

In March 2015, X-ray of cervical spine revealed "straightening of cervical spine due to muscular spasm". Other things were normal including bone density etc (copy of report is attached). However, after a period of every 2-3 months, I feel acute weakness and also dizziness/giddiness. Can it be due to this. What should I do. Please suggest.
