Bone & Muscle problems

I broke me ankle 10 days ago. I went straight to the emergency room within 30 minutes. They asked where it hurt, at the time it was my ankle. They only xrayed my ankle, to find out it was a clean break of my fibula bone and my ankle bone. 2 days ago i was instructed to wear a boot to walk on it. That same day i took my foot out of the sling and it was purple from all around my foot up my calf. Should i go to a different hospital for a second opinion? Ive fallen twice since the break onto my foot

I have stiff and pain in my neck and shoulder especially affecting the right side. When I did an Xray my dr told me that I have straight neck due to muscle spasm. This makes me very anxious about by neck condition as it is a vital part of the body. My question is: Does having straight neck is dangerous? Is it going to last for ever? I saw an article that said the majority of Fibromyalgia sufferers are having straight neck, does that mean I have fibromyalgia?

Hello sir , my mom (at age of 46) is suffering form back pain of l3 and l4 gap by past 3 months . Some of the doctor recommended us for the operation. And some said to do exercise , its so confusingto decide . What is the better option to go for the same.plzzz help me .
