I am having pain in my right shout for the last 10-12 months. I hurts when I drive for some time, it is not very difficult to exercise until it’s specifically for shoulder. I believe it is because of wrong sleeping posture and excessive strain on shoulder during exercise and sports. I am taking Vitamin D capsule and TendoCare for the same. I have had collar bone fracture 6 weeks back and was put on clavicle brace and arm pouch The clavicle brace was removed two days back And arm much has been recommended for couple of more days Do I need to undergo any X-ray or scan now ?

I have been suffering from pain between knee and ankle on the front side of the leg. The pain usually increases during running. I suppose it started while playing cricket.
